Question: Your order "shopping basket" keeps erasing item entries so that I can only order one item, checkout, then start again. What is the problem? Answer: OK, after you've entered the quantity you want on the order form, you must click the button that says "Update Qty." That's just below the quantity column on the order form. I know, you might think that when you enter the quantity it would stick - but it doesn't until you click that update button. Question: Why are the photos so small - can't see the item very well. Answer: Click on the photo. That will generally open a larger version of the picture in a new window. Then click on the "Back" button to return. Question: What's your privacy policy?
