These were great- I made different bread recipes as Christmas gifts for my coworkers and neighbor's. These worked really well, even freezing them!

Pans were exactly what I needed! Worked out great for the individual homemade "honeybun cake" favors at my cousin's bridal shower. Huge success!!

I love love these pans they are perfect for our mini banana breads for the farmers market delivery was quick and well packaged I will be ordering again.

I have been buying these pans for years. I simply love them. I bake breads in them for sale in stores. When they are cool I put the covers on and freeze what I do not use immediately. I do not have to wash baking pans. It saves me a ton of time.

Before I send them to the store, where I sell them, I have to tape the sides down because the covers will come off easily if juggled around even though they do snap on. That is the only drawback. It would be nice if they could stay locked.

Actually, it would be nice to have covers like the square 1lb takeout pans. I also bake in those. You just bend the sides over the covers and they are very sturdy. They do not budge. I wish the manufacturers would change the covers so they lock without my having to tape them down.

These pans will work perfectly for the different items I have planned to use in them.. I will be buying them again.
