Shipping Guidelines and cutoff times. Everything you need to know about getting your package when you need it.

For 2020 there will be extended transit times, due to the pandemic and overloaded shipping carriers. Please order 2-3 days earlier than you normally would to allow enough time to compensate for extended transit times this Holiday season. 

As the Holidays quickly approach it is important to know when to order to keep your business running smoothly through the Holidays. With Ecommerce sales up half a trillion over last year, many of the shipping carriers have added a day in transit time to make up for the surge in packages. UPS and FedEx will be delivering until the last possible moment before Christmas, as late as 10 pm on Christmas Eve. So here is what you need to know to get your stuff when you need it. 

*UPS delivery shown below is for Ground Transit. Express options are available, Please call us if you need help with transit times and rates. Express delivery is covered below.


*USPS delivery is Priority mail. All small orders under 1 pound will be sent first class mail and you can add  2-3 days to the below estimated times. 


1. We ship fast! All orders that come in before 2pm Pacific time will go out the same day Monday through Friday. All weekend orders go out Monday


2. All Southern California customers (cutoff is Bakersfield) will have their packages the next day, if it is over 5 pounds, and in 2 days via USPS if under 5 pounds.

Southern California- Last day to Ship- December 23rd for UPS and December 20th for USPS 


3.For Northern California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona this is a 2 day delivery for UPS and 2-3 day for USPS. 

Northern California- Last day to Ship- December 20th for UPS and December 19th for USPS 


4. Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Western Texas you are in a 3-4 day UPS delivery and 3-4 day for USPS

Western States- Last day to Ship- December 19th for UPS and December 18th for USPS 


5.Midwestern States that end That are west of Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama are 4-5 day UPS delivery and 4-5 day USPS delivery

Midwest States- Last day to Ship- December 18th for UPS and December 18th for USPS 


6. East coast which includes all states east of above states are 5-6 days UPS delivery and 4-5 day USPS Delivery

East Coast- Last day to Ship- December 17th for UPS and December 18th for USPS 


7.Northeastern Seaboard- Please add another day of transit time to both carriers

Northeastern Seaboard- Last day to Ship- December 17th for UPS and December 17th for USPS 


EXPRESS SHIPPING

*Please note that UPS and Fedex DO NOT count weekends as transit days for express, nor do they deliver on the weekends. The daily Cutoff is 2 pm for express orders

*Daily cutoff for priority mail express which is 1-3 days is 10 am

If you order on a Monday, Your order will arrive on:

Next day service- Tuesday

2 day service- Wednesday

3 Day express saver- Thursday

If you order on a Tuesday, Your order will arrive on:

Next day service- Wednesday

2 day service- Thursday

3 Day express saver- Friday

If you order on a Wednesday, Your order will arrive on:

Next day service- Thursday

2 day service- Friday

3 Day express saver- Following Monday

If you order on a Thursday, Your order will arrive on:

Next day service- Friday

2 day service- Following Monday

3 Day express saver- Following Tuesday

If you order on a Friday, Your order will arrive on:

Next day service- Monday

2 day service- Tuesday

3 Day express saver- Wednesday
