Overall, I love these pans. I use them to make mini peach cobbler. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the lids don't fit properly. They don't click on securely. Its usually a small percentage of them, but enough to get on my nerves

I love these little workhorse pans they are perfect for my snack cakes and bread puddings I sell at the farmers market and they arrived very quick.
