4 ounce Disposable Aluminum Ramekins with Plastic Lid #1400P

A great pan for baking muffins, soufflés, crème brulee, flan, and any number of applications. Both oven and freezer safe, these are perfect for baking, serving, and storing.

Commonly used in the food service industry for including sauces and condiments and ready made portions for takeout orders and sides. This eliminates the need for messy clean up, and transfers saving time and labor with one cup. Made with 100% recyclable aluminum, you can use and dispose in the recycle bin. Plastic lid snaps on to the rim of the cup for a secure hold during storage and transport.

4 oz. foil cup dimensions:

I loved the ramekins! I make banana pudding for work all of the time. These make for easy storage and clean up. My daughter loves banana pudding as well so now I can easily freeze the uneaten portions and take them out as I need them. I will definitely buy these again!

These are excellent baking/serving containers for individual desserts. The lids fit tightly so that if you baked in a custard or made a creamy dessert topped with cream, it perfectly seals the item so that dropping it would not render it unfit to eat. If you have a picnic planned or a church function or a bazaar that needs so many containers, they are great. The containers themselves are sturdy. In fact, they are reusable if you need to make individual round brownies or muffins so you could line them with paper liners and bake them without messing up the interior. Then make desserts with the ramekins and use the lids.

I have since ordered the 5" pie tins. Love them for my Vegan, Raw & G.F pies that I sell at the market. I wanted something a little smaller for my raw cheesecake that I also bring to the market. This was the perfect size. Love them. Now my customers can have a nice treat without being overwhelmed with a full size treat. I will be back.
