Special Shipping Locations:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and APO addresses must ship via USPS. Calculate shipping at checkout or contact us for assistance.
Shipping Methods:
- We use the most cost-effective method, including USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS Ground. Most packages arrive within 4 business days.
Express Shipping:
- For faster shipping, choose an express option at checkout. We use UPS Express.
- Note: We only ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday.
Freight Shipping:
- For large or pallet quantities, please call us for a freight quote. We offer freight shipping at cost to the Continental USA and Canada.
International Orders:
- We ship internationally to Australia, Great Britain, Canada, Guam, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Norway, South Korea, the UK, Mexico, and US territories. Customers are responsible for any duties and fees. Contact your local customs office for more information. For countries not listed, call us at 1-866-638-3374.
Returns and Refund Policy
Total Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you're not satisfied with your KitchenDance purchase, contact us for a return label.
- We offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges to resolve any issues.
Shipping Issues:
- If there's a problem with your order, email us for resolution.
Order Errors:
- If we make a mistake, we’ll cover all shipping fees to correct it.
Customer-Initiated Returns:
- If you return an order due to personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We will refund the cost of goods minus our shipping expenses.
Return Example:
- If you return a $100 order, and shipping costs were $14.50 each way, your refund will be $71 ($100 - $14.50 - $14.50).
Return Condition:
- Items must be returned in good, saleable condition.
Return Requests:
- All return requests must be made within 90 days of receiving your shipment.
