When casseroles are too big.

As one gets older large meals are not needed. I find for older friends the large compartment takes a casserole dish while the smaller ones hold a vegetable and fruit. My wife and I use these several times a week. We will celebrate our 55 anniversary this year. They also make a great gifting solution for older friends who sometimes may not want to cook.
We freeze these dinners. Not unfreezing them and tenting with aluminum foil and baking at 350 degrees for one hour heats them sufficiently for a dinner. Bread or a roll and a salad complete a meal. There are no dishes for the recipient to return.
